We build circular bio-economy systems that restore ecosystems, recover value from organic and industrial waste, and create rural livelihoods — engineered from the ground up in Odisha, India.
Inotec Organics (OPC) Private Limited was incorporated on 6 July 2021 with a mandate to industrialize waste-to-resource solutions for India's water, agriculture, and organic-waste value chains.
We are a recognized startup under the Startup India initiative of the Government of India, operating in the Green Technology industry and the Waste Management sector.
Our work sits at the intersection of environmental restoration and rural enterprise — combining robotic engineering, organic chemistry, and community-level distribution so that ecological gains translate directly into livelihoods for farmers, FPOs, and frontline workers.
Headquartered in Odisha, we work alongside premier Indian institutions, state agencies, and on-ground partners to deploy systems that are financially viable, technically rigorous, and socially accountable.

Autonomous and semi-autonomous desilting systems for reservoirs, canals, and ponds — turning decades of accumulated silt into construction-grade inputs and soil amendments.
Formulated bio-fertilizers, bio-stimulants, and farm-ready kits distributed through FPOs, NGOs, and rural channel partners across Eastern India.
Modular plants that convert dredged sediment, agri-residue, and organic waste into revenue streams — engineered for capex discipline and regional scalability.
Feasibility studies, CSR program design, and technical advisory for state agencies, corporates, and development institutions pursuing environmental mandates.
Every project is wired to local economies — training, employment, and producer-company partnerships that convert environmental outcomes into household income.
Active technical partnerships with national institutes to validate process engineering, environmental impact, and long-horizon science for every deployment.
A first-of-its-kind initiative to restore the storage capacity of one of India's largest multi-purpose reservoirs — while extracting economic value from decades of sediment, and building a regional bio-economy around the outputs.
Delivered in consortium with premier engineering and hydrology institutions, the project is designed as a replicable template for reservoir management across India.
Inotec Organics is registered with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) under the Startup India programme, certifying our classification in the Green Technology industry and Waste Management sector.
